Adhering to the concept of “Promoting trade & industrial development and enhancing economic prosperity”, Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs was established in Utrecht, Netherlands in 1916. Jaarbeurs held its first exhibition successfully in 1917 and was granted “Royal” title in 1931.
As one of the earliest exhibition companies in the world, Jaarbeurs has developed itself into an international exhibition company which has a 100,000 square meters large pavilion and hosts more than 90 exhibitions and conferences annually. The company has joint ventures in Europe, Thailand as well as in China, and provides total solutions in exhibition and conference business to global customers.
In 2001, Jaarbeurs and China-based Keylong Exhibitions established a joint venture - VNU Exhibitions Asia Ltd., aiming to develop the Chinese market together.
