To share across different project teams the tips/initiatives that help us achieve and get improved, “Friday Claps” for October was held on last Friday afternoon, with all the staffs from Shanghai headquarter as well as Beijing and Guangzhou offices.

For the “Claps” in September, all the project team leaders together with function heads sat back with their team members, sharing the useful tools, tips and methods related to project management, exhibitors/visitors recruitment, marketing promotion, media relations management, as well as onsite operation, corporate culture enhancement, call center management, etc.
